Delete Plugins

Removing the Rafay Backstage plugin requires deleting the frontend and the backend plugins.

Delete Frontend Plugin

yarn --cwd packages/app remove @rafaysystems/backstage-plugin-rafay

Delete Backend Plugin

yarn --cwd packages/backend remove @rafaysystems/backstage-plugin-rafay-backend
