Previews

Select new features will be made available to customers and partners initially in the Preview environment. They are typically "critical enhancements" or "brand new functionality" that our customers would like to experience before these are rolled into Production.

Beta vs Previews

Features are extensively tested by our QA team before they are considered candidates for rollout to Preview. These are not beta quality features.

Pre Launch Testing

Many customers would like the ability to test new functionality in a non-production environment prior to launching them to their end-users.

New Feature Testing

Many customers would like the opportunity to test and implement critical new functionality ahead of release to production.

Time in Preview

Features can be expected to stay in the Preview environment for approximately 3-4 weeks before they are rolled out to Production as part of a monthly release. Features may stay in Preview longer if issues are identified and reported by customers.

All customers and partners are eligible for a Preview Org. Please contact product@rafay.co if you do not have one already.
